Willamette Vape™ is committed to providing superior products and service. With that at the forefront of our business model, we offer a 30 day refund or return policy for any purchases made on the WillametteVape™ website. 

How it works

If you’ve purchased your product from the Willamette Vape™ website and you are unsatisfied, please contact us at via our Contact Us page here to arrange a return/exchange. 

Alternately if you've purchased your Willamette Vape™ product from an outlet or retail location please contact them directly, their policies will determine protocol. 

In the event that your non-working product is out of stock, no longer being manufactured, or no longer available for retail sale, Willamette Vape™ reserves the right to replace said product with a comparable product which is similar in functionality as defective product covered by warranty.

Please note any vaporizer equipment—Vape Pens, E-nails and Accessories—that have been used are exempt from refund/returns. Products that have come into direct contact with dry herb(s), wax and/or oil will not be accepted.
